My 12 year loves it.
Works great for a warm up before I start moving some real weight. Definitely gets alot of blood flowing to my hands and forearms. Highly recommend.
Quality control. Mine came with a big hole in the glove area so the rice comes out when in use.
My first grip bag had an issue and the customer service is awesome and fixed the issue right away. I like the bag is good for grabbing exercises and extending. It also helps with my arthritis. I have been doing Judo and Japanese Jujitsu for over 20 years so hand strength at 60 is important.
Smells awful, I thought it was synthetic rice, but smells like old cooked rice
GREAT APE GRIPS rice bag is definitely a serious upgrade to the rice bucket! Besides being portable, it's mess free, can't spill it or coat your hands in powdered rice starch! Made of Heavy duty material makes it worry free. The sew-in glove fits my ex large hands easily and comfortably. Very happy with it .
Love this thing! I use it while I watch my sons practice, watching tv, listening to conference calls. Helped rehab a dislocated finger and sore wrist after a wrist lock at jiu jitsu.
It wasn't quite clear that there was a glove inside in the promotional photos. so I was extra pleased to find that there was. I like the feel of the bag and the rice and the two different size balls inside. I thought it would be cool if there was some sort of zipper or velcro opening to add or change out the rice. the materials are top notch. thanks!
Perfect to use when sitting on the couch binge watching something you have seen 20x before. Great for finger strength.

Hi, just received this unit and it's already showing signs of being effective. I don't think it's supposed to show powder through the fabric that's the whole point of getting something that's portable that it doesn't get messy

Within one week of using it the beads inside burst. Not able to use it anymore due to white powder getting everywhere.

There is some white powder coming out of the bag
I experienced a stroke two years ago with right side spasticity. My hand and forearm were constantly sore, numb and stiff. I used a similar technique years ago in rehab for a broken wrist. It has worked great. Minimal soreness and stiffness now.
