It’s made rehab work easy!
After wanting to buy one I finally pulled the trigger after being told I would have to do rehab work on my forearms. Having it mobile and easy to take with you. It's made rehab work easy, being able to take it to work and able to use it at work during my lunch has just been great. Build quality is there and not having to worry about it spilling or getting rice everywhere is great. Over all its been a good buy I would highly recommend buying one if you're on the fence on buying one. As someone who has used the old rice bucket for forearm and grip training, I have to say this is a great solution to the messy previous option. The foam balls inside make it nice and challenging and add to the experience. It’s portable so I can bring it to the gym for between set training. Awesome and well done. Well designed product that my son and I both use for baseball, as well as general grip strength. The various included grip exercises are beneficial, with additional movements discovered through usage of the product. I do feel that there is room for more rice in the bag that would make resistance easier to achieve. The rice residue tends to escape the bag which is a bit annoying at times. Other than that it’s been solid so far.
