Overall the product is great and you really get a good workout when using. My only problem is the end of the fingers fray after using for a while, if you could use some sort of padding to prevent that. But again besides that I love the product and use it a lot.
Overall, I am happy with the purchase. At the very least it is a great warm up prior to lifting. I am not sure if you would build much strength with using it alone. I was nervous initially because some of the beads fell out when I first pulled it on. None have come out after having used it for ~ 1 week.
Great product! I’m just starting to use it but seems to work well.i have noticed some of the leaks others mentioned but will see as I use it more. Over all very nice training aid . I wish they had a larger size.
It appears there is a perforation in the glove. The beads are dislodging when I withdraw my hand.

I haven’t even had it for a month and the glove has a hole in it and losing the rubber rice out of it! I enjoy the concept of it. It’s portable, but the glove needs to be updated somehow where it’s not forming holes in it as quickly.
I was initially happy with this product, but after only two weeks of normal use, the inside started falling apart. I expected it to be much more durable, especially for the price. Unfortunately, the quality didn't meet my expectations, and I can't recommend it based on my experience. I'm hoping the company will stand behind its product and provide a refund or replacement.

Every time I use this item, when I remove my hands I continue to remove more pellets. I fear that over time more and more will be lost. I would like to return this item.
Solid idea and offers good resistance but the glove inside this thing ain't it. I have tiny little girl hands and my skinny fingers are barley able to find their way in. The gloves so small it takes longer to get your hand situated in and out of it than your workouts about to take. Definitely could be improved upon but it did come with 2 stickers
I’ve had significant hand trauma, gun shot & saw accident. Had used a rice bucket for a year but this pro bag has been instrumental in rehabbing my hand. Made it stronger and has helped with the finger sensitivity. I did make a hole about an inch long on second day in between the finger holes that had to sewn up to keep from losing the granules.
Helps you warm up your grip and forearms and you feel it like no other no mess after and you can bring it with you anywhere I bring it to bjj and before I start rolling, I use it thanks again
It’s a great workout
After waiting for the Great Apes Grip Pro restock, I recently received mine. I have been using it daily for about a week now. I love the stretch feeling I get throughout the entire hand, not to mention the great forearm pump. The bag itself seems to be holding up but I have noticed that I am occasionally loosing the tiny black granules. The glove also leaves some fabric stuck to my fingers after each use. Not a big problem at all, but leaves me wondering about long term durability. For now, the thing is good. *update - had the thing for just under a month with some what regular usage. I’ve now got holes in 3 of the four fingers. Lots of fabric shedding. The holes are large enough to loose beads with every usage.
This is one of the greatest inventions ever made...It has made my grip strength journey that much easier because I can take this with me whenever I go...I will definitely be ordering another one soon for my son.. Happy customer HERE!!!!
Shipping was fast and easy! Always wanted one but never pulled the trigger until my birthday came last week. Only been using it for about 4 days now and definitely can tell the difference. I always try to work on my grip at the gym but always forgot and neglected my forearms but now I don’t have an excuse and I can use it everyday. Plus it’ll help get rid of elbow pain from chest day from pressing and pulling during back days and cramping later in the day. Definitely glad I got this because now I can release my full potential not just in the gym but at work is well since I use my forearms the whole time. Awesome product!!
Saw this at the Arnold Classic 2026 in Columbus and knew I had to have it. Super convenient and no rice and bucket sitting around. I use this every night while watching TV, it's awesome. Highly recommend the Pro bag because you get the extra squeeze with the rubber internals. The dynamometer helps track my progress too and works great, very accurate!
So far the device seems to function as advertised and is starting to strengthen forearms.
Excellent customer service. My address wouldn’t work for them as provided and when I couldn’t figure out how to fix it, they took care of it on their end and had it to me right away. The product is top notch and I look forward to seeing just how far I can take my grip training.
Super comfortable to use, I like just taking it with me to the office and using it as a stress relief toy too. Some of the pellets come out during use which I'm told is normal but it is still a little concerning, and the finger holes in the glove are somewhat hard to find. Other than that it is a great product!

Great for warming up forearms before grip strength training.
I love the product. My only complaint is that upon arrival 9/8/26 the glove had a hole in it and the rubber pallets were coming out. I messaged the company, they responded to me quickly, on 9/8/26 within the hour of receiving the product. They requested pictures so i sent them, waited 1 day. No answer, i sent another email. No answer. Today on 9/12/26, no answer. I took it upon myself to sew the inner webbings of the glove to make them more substantial. I wish someone would’ve have contacted me about my issue. Im very disappointed with great ape grips customer service. On the website it says to message them immediately if there is an issue with the product. I love the product now, after I modified it, it’s a great concept. But great ape grips, please do a better job in following up with your clients and by checking the inner glove for holes before you ship it out. Or make the glove more durable.
As described, great way to do hand resistance without the mess to warm up before working on grip strength.
