It’s made rehab work easy!

After wanting to buy one I finally pulled the trigger after being told I would have to do rehab work on my forearms. Having it mobile and easy to take with you. It's made rehab work easy, being able to take it to work and able to use it at work during my lunch has just been great. Build quality is there and not having to worry about it spilling or getting rice everywhere is great. Over all its been a good buy I would highly recommend buying one if you're on the fence on buying one. As someone who has used the old rice bucket for forearm and grip training, I have to say this is a great solution to the messy previous option. The foam balls inside make it nice and challenging and add to the experience. It’s portable so I can bring it to the gym for between set training. Awesome and well done.
